Admingrup completed a full cycle of complex works in the construction of the Gràcia district town hall in Barcelona, from reinforced concrete works to interior and exterior finishes.

Despite the challenges posed by the building's location in a high-density urban area with narrow streets complicating material delivery and loading/unloading operations, Admingrup successfully completed the construction with high quality and in record time. Negotiations with municipal authorities and police to close streets in Barcelona, a task not easy in a densely populated Catalan capital, were a key component of the project's success.
